\n -Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails (2yr+)
\n -Working knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP principals
\n-Familiarity with agile software methodologies \u2013 able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment
\n -Strong commitment to quality
\n -Understanding of TDD
\n -Experience working with a queue based architecture
\n -Familiarity with GIT and SVN
\nDesired Skills:
\n -General understanding of other languages
\n -JQuery experience
\n -Passion for teaching others
