Requirements:<br />
-Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails (2yr+)<br />
-Working knowledge of <span class="caps">MVC</span> architecture and <span class="caps">OOP</span> principals<br />
-Familiarity with agile software methodologies – able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment<br />
-Strong commitment to quality<br />
-Understanding of <span class="caps">TDD</span><br />
-Experience working with a queue based architecture<br />
-Familiarity with <span class="caps">GIT</span> and <span class="caps">SVN</span><br />
Desired Skills:<br />
-General understanding of other languages<br />
-JQuery experience<br />
-Passion for teaching others<br />
-HTML5 and CSS3<br />
